Call in Orders:
Please call 1-866-600-7467 to place your
order by phone with a credit card.
Fax in Orders:
Please fill out the order form from the
back of the catalog, and fax to: 501-638-7141. If we have
questions, we will contact you.
Purchase Orders:
If you are a public school or government facility which has an approved
PO, you may fax it to: 501-638-7141 and our PO department will process
the order for you, usually shipping 1 to 3 business days from receipt.
Billing terms are net 30 and credit limits will be set at our
discretion.
To expedite your purchase order be sure the following are included in
your PO documentation:
Name, address and contact numbers, both phone and fax,
for billing.
'Ship to' address and 'attention to' name for delivery
of item(s).
If your PO is not ready to fax, we do take alternate payments:
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express cards. We can
email or fax a receipt to you for reimbursement purposes upon request.
